1) Scope

This Policy applies to information we collect:

  • On our websites and SaaS apps we operate or control.
  • In email, chat, support tickets, and other electronic messages between you and us.
  • When you use our Services and any related tools or integrations.

This Policy does not apply to information collected by third parties that you access through the Services (e.g., Google, Meta, review platforms), or to content or data you process on your own systems. Those parties have their own policies.

We collect information that identifies, relates to, describes, or could reasonably be linked to a person or household ("Personal Information"), as well as de-identified and aggregate data.

a. You provide directly

  • Account & Contact Data: name, business name, email, phone, mailing address, account credentials.
  • Billing & Payment Data: billing address and limited payment details (card brand/last 4) processed via PCI-compliant processors; we do not store full card numbers.
  • Content & Submissions: support tickets, forms, uploads, creative assets, campaign inputs, UGC, and feedback.
  • Contract & Project Data: statements of work, proposals, onboarding questionnaires, and related metadata.

b. Collected automatically

  • Usage Data: IP address, device/OS/browser info, pages viewed, timestamps, referring/exit pages, performance metrics.
  • Cookies/Tracking: cookies, pixels, and similar tech for session management, preferences, analytics, and security.
  • Logs: diagnostics, error logs, authentication logs, and administrative event logs.

c. From third parties

  • Integrations & Platforms: limited data from analytics/ad platforms and reputation sites you connect (e.g., account IDs, campaign metrics) in order to deliver Services.
  • Public Sources & Partners: publicly available business info and lead sources consistent with applicable laws.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information (e.g., government IDs, precise geolocation) unless strictly necessary and with appropriate safeguards.

3) How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Provide, operate, and support the Services (including client authentication and account administration).
  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns (SEO, PPC, reputation, affiliate), generate reports, and deliver insights.
  • Communicate with you (onboarding, support, service announcements, billing, and updates).
  • Improve safety, security, fraud prevention, and integrity of our Services.
  • Analyze performance and develop new features.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
  • With your consent, where required by law.
4) Legal Bases (EEA/UK)

Where applicable, we rely on: Contract, Legitimate Interests (e.g., product improvement, security), Consent (where required), and Legal Obligation.

5) Sharing & Disclosure

We may disclose information to:

  • Service Providers/Processors: hosting, analytics, email/SMS, payment processing, security, and professional advisors bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations.
  • Platform Integrations: when you connect third-party platforms necessary to perform Services.
  • Business Transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
  • Legal/Compliance: to comply with law, protect rights, safety, and prevent fraud or abuse.

We do not sell or share personal information for cross‑context behavioral advertising as defined by certain U.S. state privacy laws. If this changes, we will update this Policy and provide required rights/opt‑outs.

6) Your Choices
  • Cookies & Tracking: manage cookies via your browser settings. Some features may not function without essential cookies.
  • Marketing Communications: opt out of non‑transactional emails by using the unsubscribe link or contacting us.
  • Account Data: you may update certain profile details via your account or by contacting support.
7) U.S. State Privacy Rights (e.g., CA, CO, CT, UT, VA)

Depending on your state, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, and to opt out of certain processing. To exercise these rights, submit a ticket via our Support Center (see Contact). We will verify your request and respond as required by law. You may authorize an agent to act on your behalf where permitted. We do not discriminate for exercising privacy rights. If your state provides an appeal right, you may appeal by replying to our decision on your request.

8) International Transfers

If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. We use appropriate safeguards for international transfers where required by law.

9) Security

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10) Data Retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by data type and use case.

11) Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us to request deletion.

12) Third‑Party Links & Features

The Services may link to third‑party sites or include third‑party features. Those are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices.

13) Do Not Track

Our Services do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date will reflect the latest changes. Material updates will be posted on this page and/or communicated through the Services.
