Refunds & Cancellations – Crux Experts LLC

- All delivered Services are non‑refundable.
- At our discretion, and upon mutual written agreement, we may replace work, revise services, or credit your account toward future services.
- You may cancel ongoing services prospectively; fees already earned or committed are due.
- We provide refunds only if we cancel before any work begins or if we are unable to deliver due to our own action/inaction (see Section 6).
Applies to all Crux Experts offerings, including SEO, PPC, reputation management, affiliate marketing services, consulting, creative deliverables, web hosting, and SaaS subscriptions.
How to Cancel: Submit a request via our Support Center (see Contact). For SaaS, you can usually cancel from your account or by submitting a ticket.
Effective Date: Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.
Fixed‑Term Projects: If you cancel before completion, amounts for work performed and allocated resources to date are due. Deposits and milestone payments tied to started work are non‑refundable.
Labor‑Based Services: Strategy, consulting, creative work, implementations, SEO/PPC/reputation activities, account setups, audits, and campaign management.
Completed Deliverables: Design files, copywriting, reports, assets, and development sprints once delivered or used.
Third‑Party Fees: Platform spend (e.g., ad budgets), domain/hosting registrations, or licenses paid to third parties are non‑refundable.
Deposits & Milestones: Non‑refundable once corresponding work has begun; they reserve our time/resources.
While cash refunds are not provided for delivered services, we may (at our sole discretion and with mutual written agreement) offer:
- Service Credits for unused portions to be applied within a specified window (typically 6 months).
- Replacement or Reasonable Revisions to address specific deficiencies aligned with the original scope.
Credits/replacements are case‑by‑case, not guaranteed, and must be documented in writing.
If we cancel a service before any work begins, or we are unable to deliver due to our own action/inaction, we will refund the undelivered portion. This does not apply where the issue is caused by your delay, lack of access, scope change, third‑party platform changes, or Force Majeure events.
Billing Cycles: Prepaid and non‑refundable once the cycle starts. Cancel any time to stop future renewals.
Trials: If a trial is offered, charges begin when the trial ends unless you cancel before renewal.
Downgrades/Upgrades: Prorations, if any, follow the plan terms shown at checkout or in your account.
Because our policy is clearly stated, initiating a chargeback without contacting us to resolve a concern is a breach of our Terms. We dispute improper chargebacks and may suspend services on accounts with unresolved payment disputes.
